This was my first time to use Joseph's services. Joseph was very responsive when I first called for the repair of my client's broken chain on his roller blind at his investment condo. He made arrangements with the tenant the same day and completed the repair a day later accommodating the tenant's schedule. He went above and beyond to search if the product was still under warranty.
