Sewer Backflow Valve installation
I was getting my new 3/4 inch waterline installed. Frank upsold me the basement drain Backflow Prevention Valve installation for $2500 under the premise that he would process the $1250 Toronto city subsidy for me. His novice team did a semi-okay job (they left my basement tiles cracked multiple places), but my main problem is Frank didn't bother to call the city for inspection of the Backflow Prevention Valve installation nor did he submit the subsidy application as promised. Now Frank is ignoring my calls; this is not a respectable way to do business; I would not do business with FNJ again - if there's a problem, Frank would not fix it.

- Company Response
This is the first time in all my years of business that I have a poor review. My company succeds on customer satisfaction and quality work. In this situation my work was completed properly. I filled all necessary paperwork to the city of Toronto on your behalf. I obtained a permit for the work to be done. I submitted your application to the city of Toronto. All you needed to do was have someone at the property to let inspector in and inspect the work. He tried to come on 3 occasions and was not successful due to access and language barriers. I have voicemail from city inspector to back this.
Your review states that I did not submit any paperwork. That is a false statement and I have all paperwork to show this. The cracked tiles were already there. Your home was under renovation and could have been done before my work.Frank
