I had a old, complicated, breaker with low voltage involved, that required investigation. I had Derek for the house visit. He was on time and professional. Quickly diagnosed the break & circuit. Gave me my options. Very effective communication. When we were done, and he went back to his truck, I even asked him to come back in and investigate one pair of lights...he capped them off, and there was no additional charge. I was able to pay with my payment choice. He was on his way, and I was onto the rest of my day.
