I called ILS because our 46 yr old doorbell stopped working. Ian was happy to help us out. He showed up as promised (early actually thats nice)and brought new transformer. He wore a mask and booties over his shoes. He explained everything and then located old transformer replaced it no problem. He also checked out our electrical panel and tightened a few screws and said all was good. I have no problem recommending him for any electrical issues. Hes easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. Thanks Ian !
