Vito did a pre-purchase home inspection for me this week and was able to do a next day appointment. He was very professional and walked me though step-by-step what appeared to be in good condition and where improvements were needed. He was great at answering any questions I had throughout the inspection and offered continued support if I had any questions in the future. I was also very impressed with the electronic report he provided - all areas of concern had a clear description of the condition and a picture along with an electronic drawing of what the repair should look like, so making minor fixes in the future will be easy. I am very satisfied with Vito's service and am far more confident about my first home purchase because of his expertise. I would definitely recommend Vito's services.
