I recently had a new air conditioning system installed in my home by Convertible Heating and Air. My initial meeting with Chris was very professional and informative. His pricing was very precise and competitive. The installers Camille and Steven showed up on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the work very neatly in the estimated time they said. It was obvious they take pride in the work they do. I look forward to dealing with this company in the future and would recommend them to others.

This is the third time I have purchased from Furnace King and their Home Comfort advisor Sandip Banerjee. It was a pleasure dealing with Sandip again as he is very knowledgeable about what our home needed and the products that his company sells. I was very impressed with the installation of our new furnace. Joe and Michael were very efficient and kept cleaning up as they moved along. They were kind enough to answer all my questions as they progressed through the install. I was most pleased with the air intake and exhaust pipes they installed. It was a complicated run of piping through my garage and the pipes are no longer visible in my furnace room. I've gained a great deal of headroom around the furnace. The new unit is very quiet and compact, I look forward to seeing how it performs this winter. This is my second furnace and one ac unit that I have purchased from Furnace King over the years and I have been happy with the service and after care I have received. We discovered that there was a fairly significant clog in our takeaway drain. We found DrainWorks under plumbing in the Yellow Pages and decided to try them. The person who answered the phone (I believe it is Sam)was courteous and very helpful. The technician who came to the house (Matt)called a half hour before he arrived (as we were told)which was within 3 hours of our original call. He explained what he would be doing to rectify our problem and priced the job accurately before he began. He took his time to fix the problem and to give details of how we could further fix the problem (tree roots in the drain). He was clean (wearing booties over his boots), extremely polite and very professional. He had all necessary equipment with him and the problem was fixed quickly. The advertisement that DrainWorks uses worked, but most importantly their advertisement was accurate. They are as good an organization as they say they are. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, and although I hope I don't have to, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them.
