We were pleased with their work but a bit uneasy about the apprentice working unsupervised. His work was checked in the end but we would have liked the owner to stay in the house with him. We asked for lots of strange extras (SEVERAL outlets in the office, outlets for convection heating, etc.) and everything got added exactly to our specifications.
Basement reno: redo faulty bathroom, add kitchen, redo laundry area
Fausto and the team are just wonderful to work with. Contractors had to call them for an emergency or 2 and they came right away. All their work was professional, correct and beyond our expectations. Any little extras we asked for got done quickly and easily- they turned the water meter, rerouted a pipe closer to the wall, etc., etc. I'm sure we were a pain to them but they were a huge relief to us!

Manny and the guys did great work with our foundation. Their quoting skills are below par and lots of extras came up that he didn't account for in the original quote. We felt these were honest additions (not being ripped off) but would have liked someone who could predict pricing upfront. The foundation work was completed quickly and looked like HARD work! Our basement is no dry and we are confident about rebuilding the apartment. We then hired the team to do some side jobs (not foundation related) and were far less pleased. Let the specialists do what the specialsts do!
