Mike and his crew renovated our entire house in 2012. We bought a 80's style detached and gutted the entire thing. Brand new kitchen, 4 bathrooms, stairs, railings, trim, floors, and painting on all three levels. They were able to do the entire job in 4 months (we lived out out for 3 months and they finished the basement once we moved back in). Mike takes a lot of pride in his work and wants it to be perfect, and was really accommodating of changes a long the way and would work with me to keep it as cost effective as possible. We were so pleased with his work, that we brought him back a couple years later to reface/modernize the front of our house while we were putting in new windows and build our stone patio out back. Mike was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him and his team.

Valentin was very responsive and came by right away as he was doing other jobs in the neighbourhood. He was able to identify the issues, helped unclog and gave me tips on how to avoid the issues happening again. He was very friendly and warm, and I highly recommend.

We had a mess of a backyard. An old rickety small deck, uneven poorly graded lawn (weeds) and water seepage problems in our basement along the back wall. Grant came in, sat with us to understand our problems and what we thought we wanted done. He went away, gave it some thought and actually came back with CAD drawings, which included a drainage plan to grade the backyard, remove all existing weeds, excess soil, and stones, put in a drainage system, and lay gravel, as well as detailed deck drawings, with planter and bench options. He talked us through all the different steps, and what was included, and provided detailed price options. Initially we asked him to just do the drainage system, and we would build the deck later to save money. His team was so efficient and came in under budget, that we decided to have them do the deck, planters and benches as well! Grant was great with the detail work, and we were impressed with his level of knowledge on plants and shrubs, that we decided to have planted alongside the deck, and in the planters. He even installed the spotlights, and stair lighting we wanted, at no additional cost. He also installed a stone pathway to the gate, and a stone step coming from the door, which we were extremely pleased with. We highly recommend Grant and his team to anyone who has anything they need done outside. Great work, very professional and on budget!
