The 5 STAR reviews are legit! I contacted Sean from THE SAME GUYS INSULATION as he used an eco-friendly insulation product. I was immediately impressed with his calm demeanour over the phone as he let me know that he could handle the scope of work I was hoping to achieve. I have 2 attics (backsplit house) and Sean came within 2 days (on the weekend) to scope out the work and provided me with a quote within 30mn of leaving. Things felt easy; he was knowledgeable, professional and a real asset with his genuine care and advice. After procuring a few other quotes it was clear that I was going to move forward with him for the project as his pricing was fair and he provided me with the best course of action working within my timelines. On Day 1 (insulation removal) his crew of 2 (Kemar and Anthony) were really good guys. Focussed, efficient and respectful. They completed the removal of attic insulation quickly (which was an absolute mess from racoons and squirrels that had found their way into the attics) and installed baffles and backing. Sean was off site and called to double check that everything was to my satisfaction. When I told him things were good, it was clear that my answer was not good enough. On Day 2 the same team arrived for the blow in and Sean insisted that the attic be cleaned a second time ensuring that there was absolutely no trace of anything; he deodorized the entire area and wanted me to check a 2nd time. At that moment, I knew I had made the correct decision with this company, I was grateful (and impressed) that the standard of care and excellence were at that level. The blow in was great! Everything was done carefully and where extra attention was needed the team communicated with one another, double checked everything to attend to the fine details and completed the work. Sean cared to ensure that we were satisfied and that all questions were answered. You read so many reviews sharing that people are good guys and do good work Sean, Kemar and Anthony are the real deal! Will be sure to recommend anyone that needs insulation removal, mold remediation and blow in insulation to them. Thanks again for a great experience and awesome job!
