A payment had been taken out of my account for my unit, but I had forgotten to give them 48 hours to prorate my account as I only needed 2 weeks near the end. I called them and the manager ( Gina I believe ) as well as the lady ( Im sorry I forgot her name) at the front desk helped me and is reversing my payment and then only charging me the last remaining two weeks!! I am ever so grateful for them!! Thank you! Storage unit is great as well!
