I was very impressed with this company. This is our 2nd move with Trillium moving. We originally moved my mom and not our big family moved. I was happy with the crew and the office staff. This is what service is all about. I also am a very realistic person and don't expect the world and know that sometimes things will get damaged during the move especially with storage involved. I was pleasantly surprised to see that only a few minor dishes were damaged and mostly probably because we packed them. If we move again I wouldn't mind paying for packing service. All in all great service!
