I received the wrong diagnostics, which I found out only after I brought somebody else. The technician acknowledged that his equipment was not working and that this was the reason for the wrong diagnostics. He also said that they have policies to reimburse you on this situation but he never reimbursed me any money. If I had not brought somebody else I would have probably paid for parts that I didn't even need. I recommend everyone to be very careful with this business

I bought a wall fireplace from Costco and I really liked it, but the cable for the fireplace was bugging me. In order for cable not to be visible, I had to move the plug higher up and to the left. I posted my job in the evening and I got the response right away with a very decent quote. The guys came in the morning and completed the task in a very efficient manner. Now I can enjoy my fireplace without, seeing the cable. Thank you so much RELectric
