Sean inspected the area around the skylight and found no problems. However a closer inspection of some flashing showed a small crack and some lifting in an area aligned with the leak. He caulked that and all other suspect areas along the back edge of the roof. To complete this and then remove old sponge leaf guard from all the eaves trough all around the house for a very reasonable fee. He even came by and replaced a piece of squirrel baffle that had fallen out earlier, at no additional change. We were very pleased and highly recommend Intact Roofing.
