Since my wife and I decided to sell our house, we thought to add a little bit of curb appeal to make it more attractive to buyers. We read a study that for every $2,000 spent on exterior mouldings, it would bring $10,000 in return. While it wasn't exactly that number, it was fairly close and we sold our house within 2 weeks for more than we were asking. Our home is constructed of brick and we used Mouldex around our windows and doors as well as corner accents. We are very happy with the way it turned out and plan on using it on our new home on stone.
