Do Not Buy until reading The Brick policy on return on their website
I purchased an LG TV at The Brick (Dufferin) and decided to also purchase a wall mount for the tv. It took a couple of days for the tv to be shipped to the store and to arrange for my son-in-law to pick up the tv and bring it to my home. I then arranged for a mounting company to install the mount and the new tv. When they came, inspected the area where the tv was to be installed, they indicated my mount would not allow for optimal viewing of the tv. The company installed the tv employing my original mount. It was a good job. We attempted to return the wall mount to The Brick but they refused to accept it because the return occurred more than 7 days after my purchase. We were never informed that the mount needed to be returned within 7 days.However, even after escalating the situation with The Brick, the company insisted in maintaining a 7 day return policy. They informed us that their return policy was on their website. Who knew? As a result, I was forced to suffer a financial loss. For those of you who want to purchase something at The Brick please first read and understand their policies with respect to returning items.
