I waited 2 years to write this review because I wanted to make sure these windows were good and reliable. We live in thornhill. We changed every window in our house before a whole house renovation and 2 sliding doors. Alex came for the consult. Was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a no nonsense quote which was reasonable compared to other estimates. We went to their showroom later and he met us there and showed us the windows that were going to be installed. So we went with galaxy. The installation day took 2 days and the workers were great and did a good job. Its been 2 years now and no problems no leaks no problems. I called them 1 year later when I noticed some of the caulking had split and within a few days they came and fixed it. The split was a nothing problem which I could have fixed but I thought I call them and they were on top of it. I am usually skeptical of everything and everyone but Alex, his team and the windows impressed me The front door is next and I look forward to calling Galaxy as well.

Damien and Semeal from Air Force duct cleaning came and did an amazing job. No walls were scratched by the tubes. The price was what they said it would be. Both were gentleman and worked hard, efficiently and fast. They cleaned up after they left and show pictures of the before and after. !!

Needed to move to prep our house for reno Called month ahead and made appointment The day of move they arrived and did a great job moving us. We will be using them once our reno is over to move us back in
