VANAIK Furniture does not care, guarantee or stand behind their products. Their furniture is defective, poor quality and unusable. They do not care about customer service, customer satisfaction or following through with their customers or products. To date,I have never dealt with any company that is getting away with such actions and treatment. We feel, as seniors, that we have been taken advantage of and ignored by VANAIK. After visiting the Pickering store many times, telephoning ALL the VANAIK stores, writing letters for help and even Contacting the Ministry of Consumer Services we have NOT received any action from VANAIK. We have presently written to CTV CONSUMER ALERT-Pat Foram to intervene in this matter. We will not ignored by VANAIK!
