Dimitry and his team were great. They kept me informed of (weather-related) changes in installation dates, were flexible in rescheduling the installation, cleaned up afterwards (ladies you do have to expect some dust!). Even the caulking color changed to match the changing colors around the door frame. I would definitely recommend Dimitry and his team at Windor to anyone looking for an exterior door installation.

Canadian Choice is the right choice! The salesperson, Tony D, didn’t make it to our initial appointment! But as we have come to expect, we got more details from Tony than one might expect to be entitled to. True to style, when he arrived the next evening, we learned more about windows and the window industry than you could ever imagine. Tony didn’t just sell us windows, he educated us into buying them and became like a member of the family in the process! We tried to get another estimate from a company that was spending a lot of money on radio commercials at the time, but their sales process didn’t fall Inline with our expectations. We couldn’t even get a salesperson to return our calls or emails. By this time, Tony had already sold, I mean educated us. The windows offered by Canadian Choice Windows and Doors are of high quality and EnergyStar compliant. Canadian Choice is a WindowWise Certified dealer, many of the other guys are not. You can't beat Canadian Choice's warranty. These all made our decision easier. The others we were considering couldn’t compete, didn't fall Inline with our expectations, or could provide the warranty or level of support Canadian Choice has to offer. The installation was quick and as clean as could be. Even the installers educated us during the installation. Peter and his team were friendly, worked quickly and even made recommendations on how to lower the humidity level in our home. Tony, Peter, let us know when you will be in the neighborhood and we'll put the espresso on for you!

They showed up when they said they would. They did what they said they would. It cost what they said it would cost (less actually in the end). It did what they said it would do and they found us a new Energy Star rebate that almost paid for all the work! We would 100% recommend to friends. House is cozier and bill heating bill is lower! We requested service during a peak period. Laura was honest about availability. When the appointment was set up, North Shore showed up when they said they would. For the work, they were on site early, completed the work quickly and provided quality service, workmanship and products. Their price was fair and warranty was better than on other higher price quotes we obtained. The administrative and follow up services were great too. If you are looking for good quality and don't mind paying a reasonable price for it, we would highly recommend North Shore.

Flan Air was quick and efficient. David Tran got our flooded hot water tank cleaned and running in short order. On a day when demand was high, he was able to service our tank same day!
