I contracted Maridan to install a security system and monitory my house in 2018. All went well. I had a few false alarms in last three years. Maridan always called within a few minutes and made sure all were fine. After three years, my original contract was up for renew. There is a change of ownership of the company. But once I provided the details of the original agreement, the new owners quickly agree to honor the original terms and provide me with a new contract. The office manager, Ms Grant, was very helpful in helping me to sort out all issues. Wonderful company to deal with.

We contracted Tip Top Trough to replace a downspipe and repair some joins around the gutter. Pierce came and provided us a detailed estimate. The job was scheduled and workers arrived as expected. Jobs were done carefully and the crews cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy.
