Livello built our custom home in 2020. The build started right at the beginning of Covid but the whole construction process carried on with minimal interruptions. Mike was very easy to work with and he had great communication from start to finish. The house had many unique challenges with shear walls, steel beams, concrete floors, and steel siding that required specialty contractors. Mike worked through each one of my unusual requests and was open and honest but all the options and pricing. The house turned out incredible and we couldnt be happier with our new home.
