I contacted Imperial Sealing to clean my interlocking, drop sand and seal everything to keep it looking new. I cannot express how professional they are. A guy named John returned my call next day and then came out a few hours later to see the job. He gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I had two other quotes and he was right in between the other two. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Based on the amazing reviews I saw on here, I decided to go with John. What a great decision. It is rare for a contractor to actually show up early and finish on time and leave the job super clean after doing the work. The workers were all respectful of my expensive patio furniture. They even protected the feet of the posts on my gazebos to make sure they don't get damaged. I was surprised at the care they took. They took their time and let things dry before continuing on. A deep wash first day, then let it dry. A second wash the next day to get everything perfect, and then dry. They came back the third day to put the poly sand down and took their time doing it. Wet it and let it dry. They then came back and cleaned up any excess they missed and applied the first coat. They came back the next day and applied the second coat. I honestly don't know how they can make money when they spend so much attention to detail. I did the math and they clearly do not go out there to rip people off. They are amazing. Would I recommend them? Honestly - I've never seen a contractor with so much integrity and passion for perfection. The person who referred me to Imperial Sealing raved about their service... I thought they were stretching the truth. After the job was done, my friend clearly understated how amazing they are. I strongly recommend Imperial Sealing. I have already referred them to two family members and one other friend, and will continue referring them as long as they are as amazing as they were to me. Thank you to John and his crew for exceeding expectations.
