was trying to repair my own kitchen faucette when I ran into some problems. found some leaks and couldn't go further. called Neptune and they came out within three days. inspected and told me coudn't use old faucette as it was worn so had to be replaced. didn't have one in stock so went to shop to get another. installed and working great! did some pressure testing and labeling all was fine. took off service charge because I had coupon. prices were quoted at the begining and were the same at the end. no surprises! I'm happy with the service. would recommend to anyone.
