Smooth from start to finish. I submitted a request for a mover via Homestar. Millennial was quick to call me. Personable and empathetic to my concerns about hidden fees, wait charges, level of care, etc., the representative took time to discuss each point. I awarded the job on the spot. A written estimate followed quickly. A week later, the truck and crew appeared precisely in time. The team was respectful, pleasant and professional. Items were handled with care on both ends of the move. There were no surprises, which had not been my experience with other movers. I would use Millenial again.
