Their quote was more than 3 times what others quoted. When we approach them on the cost, they were arrogant and dismissive, so we will not be using them, nor will we be recommending this business. My neighbour across the street had service done by them, hence why we called them, but ended up using another company due to the exorbitant cost. I have to say that our tree looks as good as my neighbours. So, I talked to my neighbour, and he is going to switch to the company I use for his other trees. My recommendation is to get multiple quotes and do your due diligence... especially since everything is so expensive these days. And no, we didn't pick the cheepest quote. :)
