We recently moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Our Moving coordinator was friendly and helpful as was any staff that answered the phone. We had some minor issues that resulted in a claim. Our concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed and in the end Trillium made customer satisfaction a priority.
