Scammed

I I bought a Nadoli Shower tower from bath Depot brand new installed it and it didnt work. They refused to allow me to return it for a one a brand new That worked, Instead sent me a part with no instructions on how to install it. Why am I installing a part on a brand new shower tower that shouldve worked right from the very beginning They sell shoddy equipment, never stand behind what they sell you and dont trust the Sales people at Bath Depot they cant stand behind their words. I will never buy anything from Bath Depot again and tell everyone I see this message
