Tyler and his associate from Awning Master are very knowledgeable and courteous. I spoke with Tyler and he understood exactly what was needed. They went above and beyond to take care of the awning. I had asked him to add a motor to make the awning control automatic. They did the required work and then went on to clean and service the awning which was purchased from their company in 2016.
