Tech came out and said I needed my motor replaced, I agreed to have the motor replaced and left him with an adult. Came home and was advised the issue was resolved and paid for, only for 9 days later the dryer to do the same thing! When I contacted ARC I was told the tech only performed a service rotation for $310.75 and that a new motor would be $410.75 plus taxes! Which I would NEVER agree to. This was not explained and had it been, no sensible person would agree to pay over $900 with taxes to fix a dryer when you can buy a brand new one for $500 plus taxes. Customer service is poor at best and technician Jashan that came out was completely dishonest and completed something contrary to what was agreed upon and discussed.
