He did a great job in quickly finding and repairing the leak in our Mini Split Heat Pump System driving during the evening rush hour from Torontos east side to our Mississauga address at the end of his long, busy workday. He clearly and patiently answered all our questions, offering additional information, making us feel that he had all the time in the world for us in spite of it being the end of his day. We both greatly appreciated the education. Hes very easy to talk to and be with, with a great sense of fun, turning what could be a fraught time into a pleasant evening.
