I booked them to move my residential stuff from Toronto to Fort Mcmurray,AB. They delivered my stuff late by 10 days. On top of that they didn't mention truth to BBB where I submitted complaint against them. I moved to my destination on same date as mentioned in the contract with them. I faced many problems due to their late delivery. They also missed my bike and damage sofa set. Now two months have gone and they are not finalizing the claim. I am very very frustrated. I will never and ever hire them again, even if they are the only one in this world. This is reply to review of Trillium Moving. First of all I have still in contact with BBB. You didn't mention truth to them and you knew that if you see inside your heart. Secondly, I replied to you regarding pending claim, and in fact waiting for your reply. I have lots of work to do on daily basis and don't have spare time for all this. But, I will let people know about my experience and very soon I will publish my own website regarding this. I am frustrated not without any reason. Your company gave me hard time as well losses and on top of that you didn't offer me fair resolution. By the way where is my bike that you guys have lost, and what about sofa that your guys damaged during transportation. You took more than 6 weeks and offering me just $200 for both. Its ridiculous. I need my bike back and sofa to be repaired. I am not interested in your $200. Please don't misuse the contract and rules.

We try to ensure that all customers are clearly informed of everything before they choose us as their moving company.
We have also finalized the claim with you and have sent you a response within the time frame provided and have still not heard back from you. Although you did submit a complaint with the BBB, with the proof provided the BBB has determined the complaint to be resolved as we have acted faithfully during this move and have done everything we can to accomodate the move to ensure that you are satisfied.We hope that we can come to a fair resolution during this process and we wish you and your family all the best in your new home.
