We moved into an old row house and had an outdoor drain that another plumber had inspected and deemed working properly. But it was draining SO SLOWLY. I called and spoke to a plumber of Plumber On Demand and explained the problem. He listened and did a great job of communicating when a plumber would be out the following day. Their team came out and inspected and snaked the drain and just like that, it was draining water quickly--as fast as the garden hose could flow when we tested it! This company was reasonably priced, they had great communication, and they fixed the problem straightaway. Thank you! Highly recommend!
