Dave was very nice until I gave him a deposit of $10,000.00. The next day he demanded another $10,000.00 deposit. He refused to draft a detailed agreement which he promised to and then reneged on. When I demanded a written agreement or my money back he quit and refused to refund my money or communicate with me. My backyard is left in a mess. Dave is coercive and breaks promises.

Centenniel installed my tankless water heater contravening code. I contacted Micheal, the owner, who refused to offer a solution so I had no choice but to contact Tsask. Tsask came over and confirmed the vents were installed against code. Tsask issued a defect notice to Centenniel. Micheal still refuses to communicate with me regarding specific installation as directed by Tsask. He refuses to remedy other shoddy work that contravenes code that is now waiting for a binding arbitration date. Dont use this incompetent company.
