Derek and his crew of six removed a massive old ash tree for me today. I called them based on the reviews I found at this site and was not disappointed. They arrived on time, worked non-stop until the job was done. This was a huge old tree - the stump about 4 ' across and it must have been 70 / 80 feet high. The crew were very careful to avoid damaging our pool and numerous ornamental shrubs and smaller trees. There was some minor damage to smaller plants and some major divots left in the lawn where the huge branches and sections of truck landed but all landed where the guys wanted them to. This was to be expected with a tree of this size and Derek explained all this when he came by to look at the job and give his estimate which was fair so there were no surprises. When the crew were finished all the debris and as much sawdust as possible was swept up and the yard was left tidy. I was so pleased with the quality of work and the professional service that Derek and his great crew are coming back later in the year to remove 3 more nasty old ash trees that have been affected by the ash borer. I will also add that all the guys were pleasant to deal with. They were intelligent, polite and acted professionally at all times and I look forward to dealing with them again.
