Klodian responded almost instantly when we posted a request for help and was onsite within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue, walked us through what needed to be done, and made sure we did the solution right rather than put in a bandaid solution that got us in trouble in the first place. Once they started work, they worked for 7 hours straight to get our power back online. Great attention to detail including making sure all the outdoor work was nearly done and diligent about keeping everything clean inside. They also seemed to have a good relationship with Toronto Hydro so we got a disconnect and reconnect exactly when we needed it. Friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend.
