Called to fix a refrigerator that was not cooling. Technician arrived and cited a $600 part needed replacing. After replacing that part the issue persisted. Technician arrived again and cited a $1200 part that needs replacing. The issue persisted after that. I called a third time and supposedly the technician had noted on my account that I may need a third part. After complaining to the company that I feel none of the fixes are solving the problem the company told me that this is just how Technical problems are solved and that Id need to buy the third part to solve the issue. Save your money, go somewhere else.
