Crunching Floor

Flooring makes a crunching sound. both installer and product reps viewed and blames the other for this issue. The install was completed 5 months ago, told by sales rep it will settle down over time. NOPE. When they viewed the install they claimed they did a great job. Turns out they did not. Manufacturer rep also viewed and I tend to believe him that the install was done improperly. As we were present for the install we witnessed everything they did and did not do. Product was brought in and installed with no time to acclimate There was no leveling of the floor prior to laying the LVP.
