This is a story for the books. We reached out over a year ago to the company who installed our waterfall and explained the damage, and they did not return the two phone calls and two emails. We called another local contractor we had previously hired and they said they would do it, but never reconnected, despite telling another client of theirs that they knew they needed to get to us. A year later, with no success, we reached out to RCPSolutions. An estimate for assessing the situation was done in a day and within a couple of weeks the project was underway. Today we are happy to report the damage was repaired, the waterfall is working perfectly, and RCPSolutions has clearly differentiated themselves as a customer focused, value for money contractor.
