Addison Construction and Design has recently completed a basement underpinning and renovation of our heritage house. We are completely pleased with Addisons work. It was done on time and on budget. The Project manager, Loren, was particularly helpful and always available. He communicated frequently about the progress of the project. When unforeseen issues emerged Loren and the crew dealt with them with a professional and problem solving orientation. Construction projects involve a certain amount of disruption to neighbours. We were particularly happy to have neighbours tell us that they too appreciated the respectful and helpful attitudes of Loren and his colleagues. We would not hesitate to use Addison again.
