Rapid response to request for refridgeeator service. Paid $130 for service call . Pleasant serviceman determined that a part had to be ordered from Miele and should take a week. Ten days passed - no call. We called them and they appeared to have blocked our number. After 16 days and no communication we arranged for service through Miele itself. This was done and Humber service arrived with part more than three weeks after initial diagnosis. Why no communication? We were without our fridge for almost a month and kept in the dark. We initially suspected something bad when our phone number was blocked but it just seems that they are terrible at communicating once they have safely deposited your service charge.
