Ray was amazing! He was quick to respond, great communication, did amazing work and my floor looks fab! My senior mother dealt with him while I was at work and she felt extremely comfortable with him. I will be using Freedom Floors for my future Renos. I give Ray/Freedom Floors a solid 10 out of 10!
