We've been so impressed with the customer service at FF. We are building our own cabin and Jeff took a lot of time to review our drawing/specs and helped us order the right pieces for our situation. They also accommodated some complicated shipping needs, always calling us back right away and keeping us updating. Mike was also super helpful in answering questions and also calling back with more info for us, even though he had already answered our questions thoroughly. Their tech dept is on call to help us with the instal, and we just feel like we are in good hands. Thank you FF team!
