Worst service, unreliable, poor customer service
Worst company ever!! Not helping us at all not answering calls and have very unprofessional way of dealing with customers. I have contacted them regarding the pending payout bill since we signed up for their services in 2022 March. They are not paying the buyout amount to the previous provider as per the initial agreement and also not answering any of our calls. At first they said we will take care of everything but after transferring service from another provider to provincial we have faced a lot of issues and now its the time where my husbands credit score has been affected due to their ignorance about the buyout payment. Its been 2years and still we are receiving invoices from previous service provider for the pending amount. Since we switched our services to provincial smart home we have never stayed stress free. I am very disappointed. Moreover their customer service team doesnt reply and they dont receive the call. Our previous service provider has sent this bill to third party for collection and it affected my husbands credit score.
