Hot Pepper did an outstanding job of cleaning our many , post construction dirty , dusty and debris filled ductings & fireplace. They met the reasonablely quoted time and price. Cliff was excellent in explaining the steps up front, the total costs so no surprises and willing to work within our schedule. He did not force service items we did not need or want. Yuri was knowledgable, professional, pleasant and completely non-intrusive in the house , even given the nature of duct cleaning. Thank you do much and will be using next for sure. I highly recommend Hot Pepper.
