Terrible product and customer service!
I don't know how the abocve customers can give 10/10 to Clera. They are the worst company to deal with on the Planet! I had all my windows ordered for August 2020 but didn't come until January of 2021 in fre3ezing weather. The Hatchett boys from Thornbury came (4 hours from my home) broke my old bedroom window, did not put proper insulation, mouldings were all crooked, big hole in back bedroom. After complaints no one came back to fix anything or even contact me any longer. Two staff left to build homes, Ryan is useless, never alls back. DO NOTY USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your project. Unfortunately, after numerous attempts by many staff members from Clera we were unable to meet your expectations. Members of our management team(Ryan) personally visited your home several times to try and understand your concerns and offer solutions. We have installed everything as it’s indicated on your contract, we've also gone above and beyond to try to satisfy demands of yours that came up before, during and after installation. At this point, we've absolutely done everything we can. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome.
