I can understand that the home building experience is super competitive and cutthroat, and that they all are just focused on closing the sale, but that wasn't my experience. Maybe mine is atypical but we felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. Maybe our sales manager is different. Being first time home buyers, we were a little nervous at the start, but our sales rep and even the construction guys we chatted up were terrific. 10 stars.
