Jason phoned to ask if he could start his job earlier than booked due to a cancellation. He arrived, surveyed the job and described how he would tackle the various locations. Jason showed us photos of the ducts before and after cleaning. We certainly needed them cleaned. He worked methodically through the home; carefully refixing blank plates where removed and creating and sealing additional access holes where required. The job was noisy, but done very efficiently. Cleaning the vent duct from our laundry dryer was extra, but well worth it when we saw the amount of fluff accumulated. Overall an excellent service delivered by a charming man.
