This is an overly stretched organization. Sales are more important than customer care. This is the first time Ive encountered a company so unwilling to acknowledge complaints. They manufacture decent products but their installers are highly variable. A few are really excellent, a few polar opposite. Ive seen the range. The first group of 5 windows went well, the second group of 6 was a disaster. Installed during a cold day in January 2022, these windows were so badly installed that every one allowed cold air to blow into the home. A service person came on subsequent days a remedied all but one. One had to be removed & reinstalled. Then the outside capping had to be removed & we discovered gaps in the foamed insulation. This was remedied but the windows still feel poorly installed. I wrote a letter to senior management describing my frustration with good products, poorly installed, never received a response. My advice to potential customers is only permit an installation in good weather, and oversee during installation . The good installers seem to understand.
