We can't say enough good things about Consumer Renovations. It all starts with dealing with Chris, the owner and not a salesperson. From start to finish, Chris is all about customer care and ensuring the job is done in a timely manner. He was very professional, and direct. After an extensive review of what we required in repairing our carport and other odds and ends, we signed the contract on Thursday and Steve (30 years + on the job) showed up on Sunday to measure. The crew started on Monday! Along the way they discovered a few surprises where there was additional wood rot on a couple of sections. They had no issues fixing all the problems and got the job done. The total crew provided excellent service and were both efficient and cleaned up very well after themselves! End of it all, everything to schedule and expert workmanship. Chris and his crew are top notch pros! If we could give 10 stars we would !!! Quick start date, efficiently done, did what was promised. Great clean up, looks good, text or calls were always answered. Great price point for the quality of product. Overall, great experience. We are highly satisfied and have already recommended Consumer Renovations to family and friends should they ever need any homework!
