I was considering a swimming pool heat pump and needed an assessment to determine the electrical capability of my house to achieve such an endeavor. Mike from premium electric came out and took the time to explain the complexity of adding sufficient capacity to accommodate this enterprise. He made it very clear to me that he was capable of doing the job but he strongly advised against it because he felt that the cost would be prohibitive and could be achieved much cheaper by employing a gas powered source which was already in place. He was very gracious, transparent, professional and knowledgeable but above all, very honest. I noticed his two kids on his cell phone and we joked that there would be no trip to Disneyland this year because of his honesty. Guys like Mike give me faith in humankind.
