He was super nice before the sale and told me all about the experience he had with the seniors home. We tried the power head for 10 minutes which was long enough to find out that we didn't like it. Tried to return it which was before the 10 day return was up. He refused saying it was now a used product. A total creep after the sale. Don't spend your money with this guy.
